Gray Eagle Lodge has a three tiered cancellation policy as follows:

1. Cancel your reservation before December 31, 2020 and you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee (applies to pre-reservations).
2. Cancel your reservation eight (8) weeks PRIOR to your arrival date and you will lose one night’s deposit ($200) and the remaining balance will be refunded via check.  If Gray Eagle Lodge is open for business and not subject to Government imposed closure, any cancellation for any reason eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of one night’s deposit ($200).
3. Cancel your reservation WITHIN eight (8) weeks of your arrival date and your deposit is fully non-refundable. If Gray Eagle Lodge is open for business and not subject to Government imposed closure, any cancellation for any reason within eight (8) weeks of your arrival will result in the loss of your entire deposit.

Cancellation of individual days within eight (8) weeks of your arrival date will result in the loss of $200 for each day cancelled.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
