CHANGES THIS SEASON!
We are excited to announce that we are on track to open June 4 for our 2020 season and extending our season to October 4, 2020. This is a fluid date so check back.
In an effort to reduce the density of guests at Gray Eagle Lodge, we will not be open to the public for dinner or bar service. Our dining room will be open to GEL guests ONLY! We will be making changes to the footprint of our dining room to adhere to CDC guidelines. We have converted the game room into an additional dining room, have created outdoor dining spaces, and are adding tables and chairs to all cabins. We are offering a To Go menu for both breakfast and dinner. Selections for in-house and To Go menus are not available due to unknown availability.
Additionally, we are maintaining our disinfecting protocols, which already comply with CDC guidelines, throughout the Lodge and the cabins. Team members will sanitize your cabin and will not be back into your cabin for maid service after you check-in. Your family members will be the only people in your cabin until check-out. A process will be put in place to obtain additional towels, etc.
We have developed a thorough and detailed Mitigation Plan for our property. This has been submitted to Plumas County and various State officials. Our staff will also be trained in our mitigation efforts. While masks are not mandatory at the Lodge for guests, Plumas County does ask you have one if off property.
All USFS trails are open. Graeagle’s golf courses, retail, and restaurants are open, or will be by May 15, with social distancing protocols.
We look forward to seeing everyone and THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS for your continued support. We always knew we had the greatest guests and you all have proven that to us and our team members! Cheers!
