A credit card is required at the time of reservation.  A $200 deposit per night, per cabin is required to secure the reservation.  We accept all major credit cards.  A 3.5 % bank convenience fee is automatically collected by the banks on all credit card transactions. 

For guests that made pre-reservations for 2023, a form of payment is required to reserve your cabin.  Upon check-out this 2022 season, if you have not left a valid credit card or a personal check at time of check-out, GEL will not reserve you cabin for the 2023 season.   Checks will not be deposited until January 1, 2023 and credit cards will not be run until the same date.  If we do not have your form of payment, we will not reserve your cabin.  It is the responsibility of the guest to provide new credit card numbers or a personal check by December 15, 2022 or we will release your reservation to the public (checks and credit cards will not be processed until January 1, 2023).

Groups of three or more cabins or 20 or more guests will be required to sign a Group Contract with two non-refundable deposits.
