2022 Calendar of Events for the Community of Graeagle

Sierra Valley Farm – Farmers Market – Farmers market season begins June 1 through September 14, 2022

Summerfest at the MineSunday, June 12, 2022 – 1:00 to 4:00pm – A celebration of the Kentucky Mine Park and Museum

High Sierra Music Fesitval – June 30 – July 3, 2022 – 30th Anniversary located in Quincy, CA

2022 Graeagle Independence Day Celebration – July 2 and July 3, 2022 

Events include:  The Civil War Re-enactment performances along with the Old West gun fights. The Graeagle celebration of aerial fireworks display is on Saturday, July 2, 2022 over the Mill Pond at approximately 9:30pm. Set up your chairs earlier in the day and head out after dinner for fireworks and music. Sunday, July 3rd hosts the hometown parade through the street of downtown Graeagle at 1:00pm and the Day-in-the Park complete with games, food and a rock climbing wall! Taylorsville Junior RodeoJuly 15-16, 2022

Gold Discovery Days – July 16 and July 17, 2022 – A great opportunity to step back in time and experience what mining life was like in 1851 during the discovery of gold on Eureka Peak.

Graeagle Arts and Crafts Fair – July 16 and July 17, 2022 – The Graeagle Arts and Crafts Fair is held in downtown Graeagle at the park from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The fair features booths with quality, handmade crafts and fine art. Live music and food completes the fun!

Plumas Sierra County Fair July 28 – July 31, 2022 – Quincy, CA – This year’s theme is “Celebrating Fairs Past”

The Professional Artisan & Crafts Fair – August 20 and August 21, 2022 – Located at the park in Graeagle. Hours from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

ANNUAL GRAEAGLE HOLIDAY FESTIVAL – December 3, 2022Even though we are closed, this is worth your while. The event begins at 1:00pm and ends at 5:00pm with the Christmas tree lighting in Graeagle Park.  All businesses celebrate the season with hosted hand-craft winter drinks, appetizers, and special promotions!  A horse-drawn carriage tours guests around the village and Santa arrives around 3:00pm for pictures!  It’s the best event of the season!
